Talamore Golf Resort has been a regular stop on the BGO for the last 4 years or so. Along the way it has seen some of the outings more memorable moments.

Earlier this year at BGO 2020 (v1) the threesome of M&M, Walter and Spray obliterated the standing BGO record of -7 shooting -11 with 9, FRIGGING NINE, consecutive birdies. Truly well done.

Several years ago The BGO was washed out with water so deep on the greens the cups were full and it was running off in rivers.

As a part of the recent makeover of the course Talamore is touting the “Scotland and the NC Sandhills Collide” theme with the addition of 12 strategically placed, old-world style sod wall bunkers. Talamore is the only course in the Village of Pinehurst/Southern Pines area with multiple sod wall bunkers and soon to come sod wall bunker cams, providing a live feed of bunker action straight to the Clubhouse for spectator enjoyment.
