The Golf Club at South River has PGA professionals on staff available for golf instruction. Whether you are at the beginning level or just looking to fine tune your swing we cater to ALL.
To arrange a lesson please call the golf shop at 410-798-5865. South River is also able to provide an indoor facility on those occasions when the weather isn't cooperating which may utilize video swing analysis to capture all those great shots.
The Golf Club at South River welcomes businesses, schools, charities and other organizations to use our exclusive golf course as their outing destination.

Director of Golf
Mike is a graduate of Penn State with a degree in Psychology and then went on to receive his degree in Golf Complex Operations from the Golf Academy of the Carolinas.
In 2004, he started as Assistant Golf Pro at Cross Creek Golf Club and in 2007 he moved on to The Member’s Club at Four Streams where he earned his PGA Class A status.
In 2010, Michael was hired at Woodmont Country Club, in Rockville and leaves there as Head Golf Professional. He has served the Middle Atlantic PGA as Central Chapter A-8 Director, Secretary, and Vice President as well as the Junior Golf Committee Chair and the Commissioner of the Frank Emmett Junior Interclub League.

Andrew is back for a second consecutive, and third overall season at Forest Dunes after working as a PGA Intern during the 2012 season.
A native of Farwell, Mich., Saupe is currently enrolled in the PGA Golf Management Program at Ferris State University.
Andrew has done additional internships at BOYNE's Heather course and the BOYNE Golf Academy, along with Desert Willow Golf Resort in Palm Desert, California.
An avid outdoorsman, Saupe has hunted all throughout the United States.
